Gupta Industrial Equipments

Gupta Industrial Equipments is located on the second floor of No. 91 Netaji Subhas Road. Specifically, we are in Room No. 41. It’s quite a climb up if you aren't used to it, especially with the heavy air in this part of the city. Being near the Brabourne Road Flyover means there is a constant rumble of traffic overhead. It’s a busy, gritty part of town where business actually happens. Our room is packed with heavy parts, gauges, and technical manuals. The shelves are reinforced because some of the stuff we keep is really heavy. It’s a bit dark inside sometimes, so we have bright tubelights everywhere. We’ve been on Netaji Subhas Road for many years now. The building is old and has that specific smell of metal and old paper. We don't have a receptionist; you just walk in and find us working at the back. Most of our day is spent checking specifications and talking to suppliers. It’s not glamorous, but industrial work never is. We use an old desk that has been in the family for ages. The flyover outside sometimes makes the windows rattle when a big truck goes over a bump. We just ignore it and keep going. We don't go in for big promises or fancy talk. We just provide the parts that people need for their factories. It’s a plain and simple operation here in Room 41.
