Adee Industries

Down in Khardah, specifically at 65 Lichu Bagan, you will find our setup. Being in Kolkata means dealing with the heat and the humidity while we work. Adee Industries has been around this neighborhood for a bit. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a lot of activity on the streets outside. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our production. We have machines running and people moving stuff around most of the day. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living and working here. We just wait for it to come back and get back to work. Most of the folks working here live nearby in the Khardah area. It feels like a local community. We don't go in for big marketing or fancy talk. We just make what we make and send it out to whoever ordered it. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We keep track of our orders on paper and on the computer. It's a mix of old ways and new ways. Every morning we open the gates and start the day's tasks. That is just how life goes for us in West Bengal. It is a lot of hard work but it keeps the lights on.
