Allied Tools Corporation

Allied Tools Corporation is at 28/A Netaji Subhas Road, which means you get used to the noise pretty fast. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always someone hauling something past the door. The building has that old feel to it, with narrow stairs and high ceilings that keep things a bit cooler when the humidity starts to climb. We spend most of our day surrounded by boxes and metal parts. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we get things done. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know where every single item is kept, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just shelves and counters and a lot of grease on the hands. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just sit on the front step and watch the trucks crawl by until it comes back on. Lunch is usually something quick from the stall down the street. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We open up early, drink our chai, and start sorting through the orders. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Just a tool shop on a very busy street. The traffic never really stops and the horn honking is constant, but you just tune it out eventually.
