It’s a bit ironic, working in such a crowded spot while planning trips to quiet places. A lot of different types of vacations come across our desks every week. Some people want to go to the beaches, while others look for a trek in the hills. We sit with our maps and our booking systems, trying to find dates that work for everyone. It’s not a fancy setup. Between the paperwork and the phones ringing, we go through a lot of pens. Complicated systems aren't used here; we just talk to people and figure out what they need. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud the phone is hard to hear, but that’s just the reality of being on College Street. We’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts and how to get things done efficiently. It’s a small, local business focused on getting the bookings right and making sure the travelers have what they need before they leave.
