South Bankim Pally is where we are located. Right near the Agradut Sangha Club. People around here know the spot pretty well. It is a busy part of Kolkata and there is always something going on. We started Friends Tours & Travels just to have a small place here. You can actually see the club from our front door. Usually, it is quite loud in the afternoons with all the traffic and people walking by on the street. We sit inside and look at maps or talk to people who happen to stop by. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything. Just a regular room where we do our daily work. Sometimes the tea guy comes around twice, sometimes three times if it is a long day. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It is just us. South Bankim Pally has changed a lot over the years but we have stayed right here near the club. The 700129 pin code is home for us. We handle the paperwork and the phone calls. Some days are slow and other days we don't even have time to eat our lunch properly. That is just how it goes when you run a small shop in this city. You get used to the humidity and the noise of the ceiling fans. People stop in because they saw the sign while going to the club. We don't do ads. Being here is enough.
