Our place is at 67, D H Road in Barisha. It’s a straightforward location on a road that sees a lot of traffic. Barisha is one of those areas that feels like its own little world within the city. We have been operating out of this address for a while now. The setup is pretty basic, mostly focused on the catering work we do. We spend a lot of time prepping and organizing for different orders. Since we are on DH Road, it is easy for us to get around when we need to head out. The building is just a regular structure, nothing fancy or modern about it. We have our equipment and our workspace, and that’s about it. Most of our neighbors are local families or other small shops that have been here for generations. We don't really do much in terms of decorating or making the place look a certain way. It’s a functional space for us to work in. Every day is a bit different depending on what orders we have on the books. We just show up, get the cooking and the packing done, and make sure things are where they need to be. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do here in Barisha. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and handle the tasks as they come to us throughout the week.
