Five Star Tour And Travel is situated at 13, Bipin Ganguli Road. We are very close to the Dum Dum Station, which means there is always a lot of movement around our office. It’s a busy place to be, but that’s good for a travel business. We deal with people who are in a hurry to get somewhere and others who are planning something months in advance. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a functional space where we keep our records and answer the phones. Being in the 700030 area puts us right in the middle of a lot of commuters. We don't use any slick marketing phrases or try to look more professional than we are. We are just a group of people who know how to book trips and manage cars. If someone needs a ticket to Delhi or just a car to the other side of Kolkata, we take care of it. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the trains are delayed or there’s a strike somewhere. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure our customers get to their destination without too much trouble. It’s hard work sometimes, but being near the station keeps us connected to the rest of the city. We just do our best every day.
