We are set up on the ground floor of Shyam Plaza, specifically at IB-3. It is right in Baguihati, near the 30C/1 bus stand. It is a handy location because the bus stops right there, so people can just hop off and walk in without searching for too long. The building is usually pretty busy with people going in and out of the different shops. Our office is a simple one. We did not spend much on fancy furniture or modern art. We just have what we need to get the job done. We spend our days answering phones and dealing with the paperwork that piles up on the corner table. Sometimes the printer acts up when we are in a hurry, but we manage to get through it. We have been in this spot for a while now. People in Baguihati know us as a local fixture. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is just a regular service business. If someone has a question, they come in and we try to give them a straight answer. There are no complicated procedures here. We just take it day by day. The atmosphere is quiet inside, even if the street outside is a bit chaotic with the traffic and the buses. We like it that way. Most of our regulars are people who live nearby or work in the shops around the plaza. We are here most days, just doing our thing.
