We have been running Diganta Tour And Travels for a bit now from our small spot in Shop Number A/1. You can find us right on Vip Road over in Kolkata. It is usually pretty loud outside with the traffic moving along the main road but inside the shop things stay mostly quiet. We spend most of our mornings just setting things up and getting the paperwork in order for whoever might walk through the door. The complex itself has a lot of different offices and shops so there is always people coming and going nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded especially during the late afternoon hours. We keep our desk tidy and try to stay on top of all the bookings that come in. It is not a very big office but it works for what we do every day. Dealing with travel plans takes up a lot of time and we usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work. The windows look out toward the street and you can see the cars passing by constantly. It feels like a normal part of the Mandalganthi neighborhood now. We have got used to the rhythm of the place and the way the light hits the sign outside in the evening. We have a simple desk and a chair.
