Dey Travel Agency is a small business we run out of Narayanpur. We are very close to Dumdum Airport, which makes sense given what we do. You can see the airport boundary from not too far away. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It isn't a large office with a lot of staff. It is just a few of us who know the travel industry. We deal with all sorts of requests, from people needing a quick ticket to those planning longer stays away. Narayanpur is a busy little pocket of Kolkata, and we like being part of the community here. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy website that does everything for you. We prefer it when people walk in and tell us what they need. It feels more human that way. The office is usually filled with the sound of the fan and the distant noise of traffic. We keep things pretty informal. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through papers or talking on the phone with airlines. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are some global corporation. We are just a local agency trying to help people get from one place to another without too much stress. It is a basic setup, but it gets the job done for the folks around here. We just take it one day at a time and help who we can.
