Creative Minds

Creative Minds is based out in Nabagram. Our address is near Post-Panchpodha in the 24 Parganas South district. It is quite a bit away from the main city hub. The area is much more rural and quiet, which we actually like. It gives us room to breathe and think. Our workspace is a simple building that we’ve modified over time to fit our needs. It’s not a fancy studio with designer furniture. We use old wooden desks and chairs that have been around for a long time. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break until it comes back on. We don't have a big team of executives. It’s just a few of us working together. People in the village know who we are, even if they don't quite understand everything we do. We call ourselves Creative Minds, but we’re just regular people who enjoy our work. We don't follow any corporate handbooks or have long meetings. We just talk to each other and get things done. The air here is cleaner than in the city, and we can hear the birds during the day. It’s a honest way to work. We don't feel the need to look like a big city company. We are happy right here in Nabagram, doing what we do at our own pace.
