Conciva

Conciva is located right near Nagerbazar More on Mall Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from the buses and autos outside our window. Our office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and it’s a convenient place for people to find us once they get to the More. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby area with a TV. When you walk in, you just see a couple of desks and some computers that have seen better days. We spend most of our time working on various projects and talking to people over the phone. The building is a typical one for Mall Road, nothing out of the ordinary or special. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living and working in this area. We aren't a huge team, just a small group of people trying to do a good job. We eat our lunch together in the back and talk about what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide our services from this little office at Nagerbazar More. It’s practical and straightforward. We like being part of the local scene here. It’s just a regular workday for us, most of the time.
