The academy is basically a few rooms where people come to learn. It’s not a giant campus with fountains and statues. It’s just a functional space with some chairs and tables. We keep things pretty simple here. Most of the time it’s just the sound of pens on paper or someone explaining a lesson. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find out about us from their neighbors or friends. The building is an older one, so it has some character. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy in the summer heat, but we get used to it. We focus on the teaching part and don't worry too much about the rest. It's a local spot where we try to help folks get their education sorted. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in the city. We just want to be a place where people can actually sit down and study without too much fuss. Working in Garia has been good for us. It feels like a real community. We open the doors in the morning and stay until the last student leaves. That’s our routine and we’re fine with it.
