The office is tucked away at No. 21/1 Kalidas Lahiri Lane in Baranagar. It is a quiet little lane, and if you aren’t looking for us, you might walk right past the door. Jetha Iccha Setha Jai Tours Travels is basically just a few of us making sure people get to their destinations safely. The name is a bit of a mouthful, we know, but it means something to us. We handle a lot of family trips and group outings. Sometimes it's a bus to the mountains and other times it's just a car to the airport. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know the roads well. Most of our day is spent on the mobile, talking to drivers or checking if the hotels have the rooms ready like they promised. We’ve had days where everything goes wrong—a tire punctures or the weather turns bad—and we just have to sit and figure it out. That’s the reality of travel. We try to be honest about what a trip will be like. If a place is crowded or the road is bumpy, we say so. People in Baranagar know us as the neighbors who help with tickets.
