Avishek Travels is over by the Madhyamgram Sporting Complex on Sodepur Road. The most important thing to know is that we’re right near the rail gate. If you live around here, you know exactly how much time people spend waiting at that gate, so we’re in a very recognizable spot. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s located in a place that’s easy for anyone in Madhyamgram to reach. We deal with cars, buses, and all kinds of travel arrangements. It’s a lot of talking to drivers and making sure everything is on time, which isn't always easy given the traffic on Sodepur Road. We’ve been here long enough to know when the trains are going to block the road and when it’s clear to move. The Sporting Complex is right there, so there’s usually some activity nearby, especially in the evenings when people are out. We aren’t a big corporate agency with uniforms and shiny floors. It’s more of a local shop where you can sit down and talk about where you need to go. We keep our records in big ledgers and spend a lot of time on our mobile phones. It’s honest work. If you’re stuck at the rail gate, you might even see our sign from your car window. We just keep things running as best as we can every day. It’s been our home for years now, and we know the Sodepur Road area quite well.
