Authentic Travels

Authentic Travels is located in the Sree Bhumi area, specifically on Dakshin Dari Road. It is a local neighborhood in Kolkata that we know very well. Our office is right there on the street, and we see the same faces walking by every day. We aren't a big corporate agency with a glass building. We just have a simple storefront where we handle all kinds of travel arrangements. Some days we are busy with local car bookings and other days we are helping someone plan a trip to another state. We have a lot of maps on the wall and plenty of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. The phone rings a lot, mostly people from the nearby houses asking about prices. We try to be as helpful as we can without being pushy. If we can't do something, we just say so. It is better to be honest with your neighbors. We have a few regular drivers who we trust, and they have been with us for a long time. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, but we keep the door open to let the breeze in. It is a very casual atmosphere. We don't wear suits or use fancy titles. We are just here to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. That is the way we have always done it.
