Asutosh College

Our place is in Nirala Apartment, specifically in Phase II. We are in Flat K 4. It is located in Boral Banerjee Para which is quite a quiet part of Kolkata. The post office is nearby in Boral. It doesn't really feel like a big corporate office because it is inside an apartment building. We have our desks set up and there are always papers everywhere. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We handle things for the college from here. It takes a while to get here from the main city sometimes. The area has a lot of trees and it is mostly residential. You can hear the neighbors going about their day. We have been in this flat for a while now. The 700154 area is our home base. We usually have the fans running all day because of the Kolkata heat. We drink a lot of chai while we sort through the files. Sometimes the internet is slow but we manage. It is just a regular group of people working here. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. You just have to find the right door in the apartment block. It is a practical setup for what we need to do. Most of our day is spent talking to people or writing things down. It is a bit tucked away but we like it that way. It works for us.
