Ankit Agencies is based in Lake Town, at P - 781 Block A. We are quite close to Jaya Cinema Hall, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Being in Lake Town means there is always a lot of movement and people around. We started this agency a while back because there was a need for a local place to handle travel and related work. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a few desks and some old files, and it gets a bit cramped when more than two people walk in at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on the keyboards. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We aren't one of those big agencies with shiny advertisements. We just do the work as it comes. People in the block know us, and we know most of them too. Whether it is a quick trip or something longer, we just look at what is available and tell people the truth about it. Sometimes things don't go as planned with bookings, and we have to spend hours fixing it, but that is part of the job. It’s a bit of a messy desk kind of life, but it keeps us busy. We are usually here from morning until late evening, just taking care of whatever needs doing for the folks who walk in.
