Anima Tours & Travels is right on Kaibatra Para Road in Barasat. The office is at 35/B/1, and being just opposite the SBI makes it very easy to find. It’s a busy part of town, so street noise is pretty much constant throughout the day. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now, helping people figure out their vacations and work trips. Managing a travel agency involves a lot of small details that often go unnoticed by travelers. Hours are spent checking ticket availability and making sure the dates align properly across different bookings. Dealing with cancellations or delays can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just part of the daily grind. This isn't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. Only a few of us work here, and we know the local area and common travel routes well. We take notes on what people like so we can remember their preferences for next time they visit us. Barasat is our home base, and being part of the community matters to us. Whether it's a trip to the mountains or just a ticket to visit relatives, we handle the booking side. Ledgers and computer files stay updated as best as we can. It’s a straightforward business without big promises. Getting the tickets booked and hotels confirmed is the main goal we have here in Barasat.
