We’ve been here at 15D/1K, Hari Mohan Dutta Road for quite some time now. Most people around Dum Dum know where the Baidyanath School for Boys is, and we are just right near there. It’s a busy little spot in Kolkata. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit and get work done every day. We handle a lot of different travel requests, mostly from folks living right here in the neighborhood who need a hand with their plans. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually have a proper cup of tea without interruptions. We spend a lot of our time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best ways for people to get where they need to go. It’s a lot of paperwork and computer time, really. The traffic on the road outside can get a bit loud during the afternoons, but you get used to it after a while. We know the area well and have seen many changes over the years. People stop by to ask questions about train timings or flight prices, and we do what we can to help them out. It’s just us doing our jobs in this corner of Dum Dum, making sure things get booked properly so people can go on their trips without too much fuss. We don't have a big team, just a few of us here.
