Azad Nagar is a busy place, and the college sits right in the middle of it. We see a lot of kids coming through the gates every morning, some running late and others just strolling in. The building itself is older, and you can see the history in the walls. We don't have those fancy glass offices you see in the city. It's mostly just desks, chalkboards, and a lot of noise during the breaks. The staff room is usually a mess of papers and half-finished tea. We talk about the weather or the traffic more than anything else. Kanpur can get really hot in the summer, and the fans in the classrooms work hard. People around here know us well. It is a local spot. Parents stop by to check on things, and we tell them how it is. We don't try to sugarcoat the work. It takes effort to get through the syllabus. Sometimes the playground gets dusty when the wind picks up, but the students don't seem to mind much. They are too busy with their own lives. We just provide the space for them to learn what they need to. It’s a long day for everyone, but we’ve been doing this for a long time now. It’s just how life goes in this part of town. We stay busy and keep the gates open for the next lot of kids who come through. It is just a normal school for regular families nearby.
