Dr. Virendra Swarup Public School

We've been here at 75 Cantt in Kanpur for a good while now. The mornings usually start pretty early with buses pulling up and parents dropping off their kids near the gate. It's a busy spot, especially around the 208004 area code. The school building isn't fancy, but it does the job for the families in this neighborhood. Most days, you'll hear teachers calling out names and kids running around during the breaks. We have classrooms that get plenty of light, which is nice when the weather is good. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when it rains or during the lunch hour, but that's just how a school is. The staff mostly focuses on getting through the syllabus and making sure the kids are actually learning something useful. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It's just a place where students come to study and hang out with their friends. You'll see us around the Cantt area, probably looking a bit tired after a long day of classes. We try to keep the place tidy, though with so many students, it’s a constant battle. The desks have some scratches, and the playground sees a lot of action. It feels like a second home for a lot of us who spend more time here than anywhere else. We just take it one day at a time, making sure everyone gets where they need to be before the final bell rings and everyone heads home.
