Bee Tee Agro Farm & Beverage Private Limited

Raitkuchi is where we set up Bee Tee Agro Farm & Beverage Private Limited. It’s a small village and Kamarkuchi is the post office we use. We do a mix of things here, some farm work and some with beverages. It keeps the days from getting boring. Most of us live right here or just a short walk away. The building we work in is pretty basic, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we just have our equipment and a place to sit. We’ve been at this for a while now. The village life is slow but the work can be quite fast depending on the season. When the harvest comes or we have a big order for drinks, everyone has to chip in. We don't have a lot of fancy titles. Everyone just knows what their job is for the day. Sometimes we sit outside during the breaks and just talk about the weather or what’s happening in the market. It’s a real local vibe. We started this because we wanted to do something with the land and the resources we have around us in Raitkuchi. It’s not about being the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is okay and that the business stays afloat. You get used to the routine after a bit. Kamarkuchi is a nice area to be based in, and we're glad to be part of the community here. It’s practical work and it keeps us going.
