Agrinama Plantation Llp is located on Dr B Baruah Road in the Ulubari area of Guwahati. Being right here in the heart of Kamrup means we are close to everything, which helps with the logistics of running a plantation business. Even though we are in the city, our focus is very much on the land and what it can produce. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the city office and the actual plantation sites. It’s a bit of a balancing act. The office isn't anything too fancy, just some desks and a lot of maps and schedules. We’ve got a small team that handles the paperwork and the planning. It’s a practical setup. We don't go for using big, empty words. We just want to make sure the plantations are managed well and that the people working on them are looked after. Guwahati is a busy place, and Dr B Baruah Road is usually packed with cars, but once you step inside our place, it’s all about the plants. We’ve been at this for a while and have learned that things don’t always go according to plan. You have to be flexible. We just take it day by day and try to keep the business steady. It’s not about being the most famous name in Assam. It’s about doing the work properly and keeping the operations running without too much fuss. That’s how we like to do things here. We just stick to the schedule.
