You can find Neel Kantha Caterer right in the middle of Sakchi Market. It’s always a bit of a rush here in Sakchi. There are people everywhere and it never really stays quiet for long. We’ve been part of this market for a long time. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work for everything we need to do. We spend our mornings getting ingredients from the other stalls nearby. Everything we need is right on our doorstep, which is handy. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most people just find us by walking through the market or hearing about us from someone else. It’s a very local way of doing things. We handle the catering for weddings, parties, and small get-togethers. When someone comes to talk to us, we usually just sit on a couple of chairs near the entrance and work out the details. There’s no big desk or formal meeting room. It's just the sound of the market in the background while we talk about food. We like being in Sakchi. It’s the heart of the area. Even when it’s raining or the crowd is thick, we are here doing our thing. Neel Kantha Caterer is just a small part of this big market, and we are fine with that. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the food gets to where it needs to go, no matter how busy the streets get.
