Galaxy Caterer

Galaxy Caterer is based out of The Milanee Club on J Road. We are right in the Bistupur area of Jamshedpur, not far from the Women’s College. Being in a club like Milanee means we are always around people. Catering is hard work, mostly because of the hours. We are often up early or staying very late to make sure everything is ready. It's a lot of physical work, moving pots and pans and setting up tables. Our kitchen is where all the action happens. It gets hot and loud, but that is just how it is when you are cooking for a lot of people. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people in Jamshedpur know us because they ate our food at a wedding or a party somewhere. We just focus on the food and making sure there is enough for everyone. Sometimes we run out of things or have to change a menu at the last minute because of what's available at the market. That's just part of the job. We've been doing this in Bistupur for a long time. People around here know they can just come by the club and find us if they need something. It’s a very hands-on business. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve and try to keep things moving.
