You can find us on M.E. School Road in Jugsalai, right near the water tank. That water tank is a good landmark because everyone around here knows it. Our catering business is run right from this busy street. Being near the school means there is always a lot of noise and kids running around during the day. We spend our time preparing for various local events and functions. The kitchen is the heart of what we do. It is hot and crowded, especially when we have a big order to finish. We don't have a polished storefront or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can cook and store our supplies. Most of the people who hire us are from Jugsalai or the nearby areas. They know us because they see us working every day. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just cook the food, pack it up, and get it to the event. It is hard work and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three orders come in at once. But we just take it one day at a time. The road outside can get very congested, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. We have been part of this community for a long time and we like being right here on M.E. School Road where everything is happening. It is a simple life centered around good food and hard work. That is about it for us.
