Aunty Ji Kitchen

Aunty Ji Kitchen is located on Straight Mile Road in Bhalubasa, Jamshedpur. We are right near the Harijan School Maidan, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. It’s a small place, and we call it Aunty Ji Kitchen because that’s the kind of food we make—simple, home-style cooking. We don’t have a big fancy menu with names you can’t pronounce. It’s mostly just the things we eat at home every day. We start the day by going to the market to see what’s good. Then we come back and start the prep work. The place is quite small, so you can see us working while you wait for your food. We don't have a lot of tables, but we make it work. A lot of people just stop by to pick up food on their way home from work. Jamshedpur is a hardworking city, and we try to match that. We don't use any pre-made stuff or frozen things if we can help it. Everything is made right there in the back. Sometimes we run out of certain items because we only make a certain amount each day. We aren't a big chain or a franchise. It’s just a local kitchen run by people who live right here in Bhalubasa. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know most of our regular customers by name. It's a nice way to spend the day.
