Our business is located at 56, Baridih, though we handle things all around Jamshedpur and Bistupur. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, where everyone chips in when it gets busy. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or polished uniforms. Most of the time, we’re just in our aprons trying to get the next order out the door. The space in Baridih is where all the magic happens, if you want to call it that. It’s mostly just a lot of hard work and heat from the stoves. We started out just doing small local lunches and then people started asking for bigger things. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the city, but the way we cook has stayed pretty much the same. We like using traditional methods because that’s what we know. We aren't trying to win any awards or be the biggest name in town. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. Sometimes we run out of things or have to change a menu last minute because of what’s available at the market, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s a practical business for practical people. We're happy we've been around this long without needing to do much advertising at all. We just keep our kitchen running and focus on the food and getting it delivered on time to the people who need it.
