Choudhary Caterer

We've been over here on Ram Tekri Road in Jugsalai for a long time now. Doing food for people in the neighborhood is just what we do every day. It started out small, just helping with local family things, but then it grew because word got around. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen over at our place in Jugsalai. There’s always someone chopping something or checking a stove. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working with pots and pans to get things ready for whatever event is coming up next. People around here know where to find us. If you walk down Ram Tekri Road, you'll see our spot. We handle different kinds of gatherings, mostly just making sure there is enough food for everyone and it tastes like it should. Sometimes the kitchen gets really busy and it feels a bit chaotic, but that's just part of the job. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. It’s a family-style setup. We use ingredients we get locally and just cook them the way we learned. Most of the folks working here have been with us for years, so we all know how to work around each other without getting in the way too much. It’s just simple work. We show up, we cook, and we make sure the plates are full. That’s about it for us at Choudhary Caterer. We're just glad to be part of this community.
