Venus Properties & Investors

Venus Properties & Investors is our shop located at Tonk Phatak. We are right near Sharma Motors, so if you find the garage, you have pretty much found us. We deal with land and houses around this part of the city. It’s a busy intersection with lots of traffic and noise from the cars going by. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some chairs and a table where we look at maps and papers. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who want to invest their money in property or find a new home. Since we are near Tonk Phatak, we see a lot of people passing through every day. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties unless we really have to. Most of the time we are just in regular clothes, drinking tea and waiting for the next person to walk in. We know the land prices and the owners around here quite well. Sharma Motors is a good neighbor to have because everyone knows them. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. There is always someone looking to buy or sell something and we just help them get it done. It’s a simple business and we like the pace of it. We don't promise anything crazy, just what is available on the market.
