It is a straightforward setup in a residential-feeling area. We have been working from this spot for some time now. Most of what we do involves sitting down with people to figure out where they want to live or work. The office is not very large, but it serves our needs. We have some maps on the wall and a lot of folders stacked up. Hanuman Path is usually busy with people going about their business. We get a mix of folks coming in, some looking for their first house and others wanting to rent a small shop nearby. It is just a few of us here. We handle the calls and the meetings ourselves. Sometimes we are out looking at houses, so the office might be locked for an hour, but we are usually back quickly. The neighborhood has a lot of history and we have seen it grow. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of local knowledge and a way to get things done. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which we prefer. People know where to find us if they have questions about a plot or a building nearby. We just keep doing our thing day in and day out without much fuss.
