Our office is located at house number 767 in Adinath Nagar, right in the middle of Sindhi Colony. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of families who have lived here for generations. We aren't in one of those big glass buildings you see downtown. It’s a simple setup where we handle property matters for the local people. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or talking to folks who walk in off the street with questions. The street outside can get pretty narrow when people park their cars on both sides, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze for visitors. We have a small water cooler in the corner and some old wooden chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable enough to sit in. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the blue curtains drawn to block out the harsh sun. Being in Sindhi Colony means there is always good food and snacks nearby, which is a nice perk of working in this area. We know most of the shopkeepers on the main road and say hello every morning when we arrive. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area like the back of our hands. People come to us because they know we live around here too. We handle a lot of different things, from small room rentals to bigger plots of land, but it’s all local stuff. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living for us.
