You can find us at 506 A in Apex Mall, right on the main Tonk Road. Being in the mall makes it easy for people to drop by while they’re out doing other errands. B G Real Estate isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just us in this office handling property deals for folks in the area. Tonk Road is always busy, and there’s always something happening with the buildings nearby. We spend our days checking listings and talking to owners. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound like we know everything. We just know this specific part of town. Sometimes the mall gets a bit noisy, but we like being where the action is. Dealing with real estate can be pretty dry, so we just keep it straightforward. If you want to see a place, we grab the keys and go. It’s not complicated. We’ve had the same office for a while now and people know where to find us. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We just sit at our desks, answer the phone, and try to get people into the right spots. It’s a living and we enjoy meeting different people every day. Some days we're stuck behind the desk, and others we're out on the road.
