Arihant Properties & Tolet Service

We operate out of 57 Shyam Nagar, over in Sarti Nagar Janpath. Our main thing is helping people find places to rent, which is why we have the tolet service in our name. We also handle some property sales when they come up. The area around Shyam Nagar is pretty active and there are always people looking for a new flat or a house. We keep our office open so people can just walk in and ask what we have on the boards. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know the streets and the buildings around here. It is not a fancy place, just some desks and some files with property details. We try to keep things simple for everyone. If someone needs a one-bedroom place, we look through our notes and see what fits their budget. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or anything like that. We just show the property and let the person decide for themselves. It's a lot of running around, especially when people want to see multiple places in one afternoon. We get a lot of students and young workers looking for cheap rooms. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local community. Most people find us through word of mouth, which we appreciate. We just keep doing our thing every day and try to keep our listings updated as best as we can.
