Our office is tucked away at 406 C Scheme on Azad Marg. It is a nice part of town, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. We’ve been working out of this space for years, surrounded by old trees and a lot of history. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting people who want to move into this neighborhood. C-Scheme is popular, so there is always someone looking for a spot. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. We know which houses have been sitting empty and which ones are about to go on the market before they even get listed. Sometimes people just stop by because they saw the sign on Azad Marg while walking their dog. We talk about the market, how prices are going up, and what’s realistic for a family or a small business. It’s honest work. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. Nobody likes a pushy salesman, so we just give the facts and let people decide. There is a lot of paperwork with these older properties, and we’ve gotten pretty good at navigating the local offices to get things cleared. It’s just a regular local business, trying to do right by the folks who live here. No big promises, just real talk.
