Balaji Chambers

Down in Jhotwara, specifically over in Agarsen Nagar, you’ll find us at Balaji Chambers. This place at B-24 is a bit of a mix of things. We’ve got some office spaces and people coming in for different types of work throughout the day. It isn't like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s a more grounded place. I spend a lot of my time making sure the lights are working and the hallways are kept decent. Sometimes the water pump acts up, or someone loses a key, and that's usually when I get a call. Agarsen Nagar is a nice enough area, mostly quiet compared to the main roads. We have some regulars who have been renting space here for years, so it feels a bit like a small community. We don't do anything too fancy. It’s just about keeping the building running so everyone can do their business. You might see me standing outside in the morning with a cup of tea, watching the traffic pick up. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're not used to it, but it keeps us moving. We’re just a local spot where people can get their work done without too much fuss. There’s always something small to fix or a bill to pay, but that’s just how running a building goes for us.
