Our office is located at 17 S J S Highway in the Bani Park area. Even though our name is Apnaa Gurgaon, we’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s a bit of a small operation, mostly just a few of us handling real estate and property inquiries. We don't have a lot of corporate polish or a big staff to answer every call instantly. We just do our best to get back to everyone when we can. Working in Bani Park means we see a lot of different people coming through. We handle a variety of property matters, mostly focusing on what’s available in the surrounding regions. It’s not a complicated business model. We find out what’s for sale or rent and then we try to match it with someone looking. Sometimes it's easy and other times it takes months to get anything done. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by or calling the number on our sign. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We're just regular people who know the local property market and try to give honest answers when people ask. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That's how we've always done things here on the highway, and we don't plan on changing it.
