Baba Properties

Baba Properties is located at 264/193 in Sanganer. We are specifically in Sector 26 of Pratap Nagar. This area of Jaipur is always growing, and there is always something happening. Our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with all sorts of local properties, mostly houses and plots around here. The sun gets really hot in Sanganer, so we spend a lot of time in the office during the afternoons, going through our listings. We aren't a huge firm, just a local team that knows Pratap Nagar like the back of our hand. People come to us because they know we live and work right here. We don't try to push anything on anyone. If someone wants to see a house in Sector 26, we take them there and show them everything, even the leaky taps or the cracked walls. It is better to know what you are getting into. Our office is full of maps and old registers. It looks a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We have helped many families find their homes in this neighborhood. It is good to see people move in and settle down. We handle the registrations and the local paperwork so they don't have to worry too much. It is just a regular job for us, helping our neighbors out with their property needs. We like being part of the Sanganer community and seeing how the streets change every year.
