You can find Cb Property at Shop No. 136 in Msb Ka Rasta. We’re right in the middle of Dhada Market in Johri Bazar, at the first crossing. If you’ve been to Johri Bazar, you know how packed it gets. Our shop is small, but it’s right where the action is. We deal with properties in this crowded, old part of the city. It’s a unique place to work because every building has its own history and quirks. We don't have a big staff. It's usually just a couple of us sitting in the shop, drinking tea and talking to whoever walks in. People come to us because we know the shopkeepers and the families who have lived here for generations. Real estate in a market like this is different from the suburbs. Everything is tight, and space is hard to find. We don't use glossy brochures. We just show you the place and tell you the price. Most of our business comes from people just dropping by while they’re doing their shopping. We keep our files in order, but it’s a manual process most of the time. We aren't trying to be high-tech. We just want to help people find a spot for their business or a home in the heart of the city. It’s noisy and busy at the 1st crossing, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It's our neighborhood.
