Our office is in F-2 of the Balaji Apartment building at 35 Nemi Nagar. We are quite close to Nursery Circle, which is a landmark most people in Vaishali Nagar know well. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a quiet place to sit and go through property listings. We handle a lot of residential stuff around this area. People are always looking for a bit more space or wanting to move closer to the main markets. We spend our mornings checking the local papers and taking calls from owners. Then in the afternoon, we are usually out showing flats or checking on a site near the circle. It’s a small operation we run here. We have a few desks and a lot of folders filled with old contracts. We don't really do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign on the building. Sometimes we stay late because a client can only meet after their office hours. We don't mind the extra time. We just want to make sure the deals go through without too many headaches. It’s a lot of small details that need checking, like water connections and light fixtures. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized in our own way.
