Ajmera Property Exchange

We operate out of the Hotel Ajmera building near Tonk Phatak in Jaipur. It’s a well-known spot because of the hotel, so most people don’t have trouble finding us near the GPO area. We’ve been working on property stuff here for quite some time. It’s not just about the hotel; we handle a lot of different property exchanges and deals around this part of the city. Jaipur is expanding so fast these days, especially around Tonk Road, and we’ve seen the changes firsthand. Our day usually starts with checking messages and seeing who is looking to move or sell. We sit in our office and talk to locals and people coming from outside the city too. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We deal with residential houses and some commercial plots too. It’s mostly about connecting the right person with the right spot. We don't use any big complicated systems, just our ledgers and some local knowledge of the streets. If you’re near the GPO, you can just walk in. We keep things pretty straightforward and don’t like making things more complicated than they need to be. Property can be stressful for people, so we just try to keep it calm and clear for everyone. It’s a local business and we like it that way. Most of our work comes from people just knowing us from being in the hotel building for so long.
