Regency Estate

Regency Estate is our little office located at A-12 in Vidhyadhar Nagar. We are situated right by the Hanging Chauper area which is quite a landmark around here. We spend our days dealing with properties and talking to people who want to move into the neighborhood. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and maps on the wall. Vidhyadhar Nagar is a nice part of town and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. We aren't a huge agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us who know the local streets and buildings really well. Sometimes we are out showing houses and other times we are just sitting here doing the paperwork. The Hanging Chauper is a good spot because everyone knows where it is so it’s easy to give directions. We have a lot of old files and keys lying around from different properties we’ve looked after. It gets a bit dusty sometimes but we don't mind. We just focus on helping people find a place to stay or sell what they have. There isn't much flash to what we do. We just know the area and we tell people the truth about the houses we show them. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the community here at A-12.
