Our office is over at 79 Kalyanpuri Colony in Jaipur. We have been working in real estate here in Rajasthan for some time now. Dealing with property is mostly about knowing the local streets and who is looking for what. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets really hot in the summer months. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out driving to different plots of land. Kalyanpuri is a decent area and it’s easy for people to find us when they need to talk about a house or a piece of ground they want to sell. We aren't a giant corporation with shiny glass walls. It’s just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with folks. Buying a home is a big deal for most people, so we just sit down and go through the papers one by one. There is a lot of paperwork in this business, as anyone knows. We try to keep it simple and not use too many big words that don't mean much. Jaipur is growing fast, and we see new buildings going up all the time. It keeps us busy. We don't do much advertising; mostly people just hear about us from their friends or family.
