Sudip Ghosh

I've been working here in Banitala for a while now. Most people around Uluberia know the spot. It is just a small setup I run myself. My name is Sudip Ghosh. It’s not a big company with fancy offices or anything. Just a regular room where I get things done. Some days it is busy, other days it is quiet enough to hear the birds outside. Dealing with things in Howrah means you get used to the humidity and the pace of life here. I try to stay organized, but sometimes paperwork piles up on the desk. That is just how it goes when you are managing everything on your own. People stop by sometimes just to talk or ask about what I am doing. I don't have a big team helping me. It is just me and the tools I use. Living and working in West Bengal has its own rhythm. You learn to work around the power cuts or the rain during monsoon season. By evening, I'm usually wrapping things up to spend some time at home. It’s a simple life and I don’t really need much else. I just keep my head down and do what needs doing every single day. I find that being consistent is better than being fast.
