I've been doing this for a while now here in Howrah. My name is Kalyan Brata Roy and K Roy Associates is where we handle the engineering and surveying side of things. We're over at the address listed for the office. Being a Chartered Engineer and handling civil projects means a lot of technical work, but we just get on with it. I'm a Class I Licensed Building Surveyor and have been part of groups like MASCE and MIastruce for some time. People come to us when they need structural help or when they are planning a new build. It isn't always easy work, and there's a lot of paperwork with the licensing and the different grades of work we do. We mostly stay busy with the day-to-day tasks that come into the office. The civil side of engineering involves a lot of math and site visits, which is what we do mostly. If you are looking for the office in Howrah, that is where you will find us. We don't really do much fancy talk here, just the actual engineering and surveying work that needs doing. Sometimes the projects are big and sometimes they are small, but they all need the same attention to detail. We've been at it long enough to know the local rules inside out. It's just a regular office, nothing too flashy, but we know our civil engineering and building surveying pretty well. We see a lot of different blueprints and site plans every week, which keeps things interesting enough for us.
