Citizen Enterprise

If you find yourself on Ashutosh Mukherjee Road in Belur, you will probably see Citizen Enterprise at number 1A. We have been operating out of this building for some time now. It is an older structure, but it has a lot of character. We use the ground floor for most of our activities. It is a mix of an office and a storage area. We handle various goods, mostly things people need for their homes or small shops. It is not a fancy place by any means. There are stacks of boxes everywhere, and the floor is a bit uneven in places. We have a small fan that wobbles a lot, but it keeps the air moving. Most of the people who work here live just a few streets away, so it feels like a real neighborhood business. We know the tea seller down the street and the guy who runs the hardware shop next door. It is a simple life, really. We spend our days answering the phone and checking the inventory. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we are busy, but we always find what we are looking for eventually. We don’t go for any of that corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It is a practical way to run a business here in Belur. We have been here so long the building feels like a second home.
