Engerss is our small business based in Howrah, West Bengal. We are located at 97, Santi Nagar, in the Sapuipara area of Bally. It’s a typical neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of local activity. Our office is just a plain room in a regular building. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. We’ve been in this part of Howrah for quite a while now and we know the area well. It’s a bit crowded, and sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep going. We aren't trying to act like a big corporation from the city. We are just a few guys who know our trade and want to do an honest day’s work. Our desks are usually piled with files and various bits of equipment we use. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the phone ourselves. We use simple English and don't try to hide behind technical terms when we talk to people. If you come by Santi Nagar, you’ll see we are just a normal part of the street. We take pride in just being reliable. There’s no big mission statement here. We just want to finish our projects and make sure everything is done right. It’s a simple, practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We like the local tea stalls and the community around here.
