We are based out in Santoshpur, near the Sarda Factory in the Domjur area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space we have here. Our warehouse is where all the action happens. We do a lot of sales and distribution for different products. Every morning starts with checking the orders that came in overnight. We have a small team of people who help with packing and loading the trucks. The area around here is quite industrial, so we have a lot of neighbors who are in the same kind of work. Sometimes when it rains, the road gets a bit muddy, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people trying to make sure our customers get what they ordered on time. The office is just a couple of desks in the front where we keep the computer and the phone. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to sit and do the billing. We’ve been here in Domjur for several years now and we've gotten to know the local tea stall owners and the truck drivers pretty well. It’s a regular routine that works for us. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or seeing our trucks on the road. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
