SRISTI AGRO BIOTECH is situated right near the Dhulagori Chowrasta on NH-6. It is a very busy junction with a lot of trucks moving through to different parts of the country. Our work is all about agro-biotech. That might sound complicated, but basically, we work with plants and biological stuff to help out with farming. We have our setup here where we can keep an eye on everything. It is not a fancy laboratory like you see on TV; it is a working space that gets a bit dusty because of the highway nearby. We have a small team of people who actually care about the soil and the crops. Most of us come from farming backgrounds, so we know what we are talking about when it comes to the field. We do not spend much time on fancy marketing or sales pitches. We just let the results of our work do the talking. The location is good because we are close to the rural areas but still on the main road. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the monsoon rains make the yard a bit muddy, but we just keep trying new things with the plants. We have been at this spot for a while and the local farmers often stop by to chat or grab a tea at the junction with us.
